Located outside the city centre, the hotel is close to a truck stop cafe and in a business park. The rooms are modern and spacious, with comfortable beds and good bathroom facilities. The hotel offers excellent value, being clean and well-maintained. The nearby restaurant serves basic meals at reasonable prices.

Communication with the reception staff can sometimes be challenging due to language barriers.

It might be the last resort in case all the city hotels are fully booked. It is outside of the city - and if you have a car it is quite close actually. It is situated pretty close to the highway (not noisy though) so it is easy to find.

I liked the layout of the room, with a work table and enough plugs to connect devices. It is 10 minutes from Pamplona so the situation is good.

I didn't like it:. The reservation was not in the hotel's database, although I had my confirmation number and a pin code in my email to access their system. For this reason, I had to phone the number of the hotel and someone answered me with an unfriendly tone (in his defense it was 2:00 in the morning) telling me to book from the reception machine, as if I had not made such a reservation and without giving me any kind of explanation. . I booked the room with a price of 35 ? but as that reservation was not included and I had to book the room again, I had to pay 40 ?. This creates uncertainty for future occasions because I don't know if I have a room, even if I had made my reservation previously.

The value for money at this hotel is excellent, especially considering the prices during off-peak months. The hotel is located within the 'City of Transport', making it a convenient choice for business travelers. The rooms are very well appointed and have plenty of space. The staff at this hotel is friendly and provided excellent service.

Despite requesting a quiet room, I didn't get the peaceful atmosphere I was hoping for.

Nearby Spanish bar & cafe was not a restaurant so a limited choice of food, but it was still OK.

Location excellent for access to and from the motorway.

The hotel's location was very convenient with easy access to the airport and the city center. It was also affordable in comparison to other hotels in the city. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. They had vending machines for coffee and croissants, which was a nice touch.

There was some noise at night which made it difficult to sleep. The room was a bit cramped and the bathroom was not very spacious.

In a business district, not really ideal for leisure. Hard to locate if heading out of Pamplona but easy if heading in.
